Design lead on a successful pitch for the redesign of all RHCNZ websites nationwide.
The primary goal was to establish a unified online platform that prioritised a consistent user experience for patients and healthcare professionals. The overarching objective was to create a user-friendly, cutting-edge, and informative medical imaging website that catered to patients’ needs for booking, accessing images, obtaining clinic details, procedure information, invoice payments, and feedback. Additionally, the project recognised the influential role of healthcare professionals in guiding patient choices, emphasising their user experience in navigating the site and interacting with the PACS system.
To facilitate the smooth roll-out of the designs across multiple brands, a comprehensive design system needed to be created utilising Figma variables, component libraries and in depth style guides for handover to developers.
The project encompased not only consumer-facing marketing sites, but also a re-imagining of the patient portal where patients can access all their results, book appointments, view scans and make payments.
